Here are some quick and simple gift ideas that are sure to put a smile on anyones face!

1. THE RELATIVES
 
*Cookies/Brownies
A single batch of cookies/brownies can go a long way, maybe bake a batch and wrap a few up in a small box for each person along with a personal note.
Mini take-out boxes are an adorable way to wrap ip a couple of cookies, they can be found at any craftstore or dollar store for extremely cheap:)
 
*Artistic
If you are artistic USE IT. Seriously, make a card/collage/painting, really anything would work. Things you make yourself are always appreciated, especially by relatives:)
 
*Giftcard
Uncle Frederick a huge fan of books? Get him a giftcard to a book store! Aunt Mary just dying to get a manicure? Buy a giftcard to the spa! Use their interests to your advantage, and if you can't remember what they like, ask your parents or another family member
And although giftcards can seem like lame gifts if you make it personal, they wil surely love it. Maybe take a plain card and tape 2 smaller cards on the inside (it will look like a book) decorate the cover with the cover of their favorite book, or your own made up title, maybe add a few notes/photos on the pages and create a small pocket for the giftcard! PERFECT. As for the spa card? Or an iTunes giftcard? Make an iPod shaped card with a pocket inside, or a card with a relaxing beach on the front. :)
 
*Photos
Relatives love when they have pictures to show you off to their friends, maybe print out some family photos and make a small book of photos as their gift. Don't forget some sort of personal note!
 
2. MOM AND DAD
 
*Coupons
Almost every kid has at one point or another, given their parents a coupon for "free hugs" or something, however now that you are older mature the coupon content! For example "One free night where I will babysit the kids" or "One free night where I will cook dinner," they will appreciate the chance to get a break from all their responsibilities:)
 
*Special Note
My parents loved it when one year I wrote each of them a note (it was about a page or so long) explaining why I love them and how much I appreciate everything they do. I'm sure your parents will love it too.
 
*Maid for a day
I don't know about your parents, but I know mine LOVE when I do house work. Maybe spend some time not only cleaning your own room but also other parts of your house as well. Do some laundry, put away the dishes, feed the dog, little things like that are always a treat for parents.
 
3. SIBLINGS
 
*Buddy the elf, what your favorite color?
If you and your siblings love elf and can appreciate a sense of humor/joke, choose a time when they are out of the house and decorate their room with paper chains/snowflakes, just like in elf:)
 
*Hand me...up's?
See your sis eyeing a tshirt you never wear? Been watching your bro stare at your barely used skateboard? Here's the perfect oppurtunity to give them a gift that you not only know they will love, but also one that costs no money!
 
*Honey, I'm homee!!!
You and your sibs tend to fight a lot? Make an effort to be really nice to them! Maybe just not talk back, allow them to pick the movie, or even offer to make them food:) Something like this is simple, costs no money, and super sweet! I would love if my sis would do this with me!
 
4. FRIENDS
 
*Personalized Sweets
Bake some cupcakes or cookies and using frosting or m&m's to spell out their name! My friend did this for me a few years ago and I thought it was very cute!
 
*Make-up or Jewels
By using coupons or checking whats on sale, you can get nice make-up sets or jewelry for your friends! Try forever 21 for inexpensive jewelry and stores like rite aid, target, or walgreens for inexpensive/on sale make-up and nail polish! Maybe pick something that goes with each friends individual style or favorite color! Don't forget a small personalized card!
 
5. BEST FRIEND
 
*Starbucks run
One of the sweetest things my best friend did for me recently was when she randomly bought me a starbucks and brought it over to my house:) it was the sweetest thing! Buy your besties favorite starbucks and bring it to her somehow! She will definetely appreciate it:)
 
*Inside jokes
Make her a list of your inside jokes! Or, if you have code words (like me and my friend do) make her a funny story incoporating the code words! She'll love how personal it is!
 
*I will remember you
Make her a collage, album, or photo frame of pictures of the 2 of you. It's a simple gift that she will be able to look back on in years to come!
 
*Playlist
Make her a playlist of all your guy's favorite songs, or any songs you KNOW she's been dying to have:)
 
*All I want for christmas is youuuuuuu
Make a photo collage or frame a photo of her favorite celebrity! ;)

-Every beauty queen needs a crown so either make one or get one from the dollar store:)
-Then get a big think white ribbon/paper and write "Beauty Queen" or "Miss America" on it then drape it around you:)
-Carry around a bouquet of fake/real flowers and look really happy like you just got crowned miss amercia:)
-Do some super over the top make-up and dont be skimpy on the sparkles!

Life is only so long, sometimes we need to stop and just have a little fun! If your life is boring or super busy just take some time to have some fun, and bring out YOUR inner child :))
 
Here are some ways to bring it out!
-Play dress up
-Put on some weird skit with your friends
-Have a classic disney movie marathon
-Watch little kid tv-shows:) like Dora!
-Dress up as a princess
-Build a sandcastle
-Build a fort
-Bust out those crayons and get coloring! :) (i totally did this yesterday)
-Bake cookies with your siblings/parents
-Pretend your a spy and be all stealthy rolling around your house:)
-Slide down your stairs on a blanket (please be safe!!!)
-Have a water balloon fight

-Go to the pool and swim in the kiddie pool

-Get a big blanket and play the game where you hold the sides and try to trap people when they run under it

Ok truth is....little kids have all the fun! they get to just have a really good time and do all the fun stuff :) Personally alot of the stuff on this list I already do, but I thought that some of us could use some loosey-goosey-fun-time so here ya go:) I hope you enjoyed this tip and please pass on the fun:)))

You know those days when you come home from school and just HAVE to watch the new episode of Glee before you do your homework?? Well after that you probably go get a snack, then you spilled something and have to clean it up. Eventually you wake up the next morning and guess what?.............you didnt do your homework! Personally I use to have some procrastination problems, so I am here to give you my tips on gettting my work done on time! :)
 

01;; PLANNER
-Whenever a teacher gives you an assignment WRITE IT DOWN
-For a while I didnt use a planner because they are big and complicated, but writing stuff down really helps
-A great way to remember your homework is also to set reminders around your house or on your phone!
-Maybe have a big note on your bathroom mirror or tv screen reminding you to study/do your homework
-It never hurts to call a friend and ask what the homework was! Who knows maybe you missed something important! :)
-Keep your planner with you at all times (at least while you are at school) write down important assignments, school events, and appointments. This way you will be superrr organized!
-When you write down an assignment put a little check box next to it, I'm not sure why but i feel super satisfied when I get to check something off a list:)
-Maybe this will motivate you to finnish all your homework:)
-Even put a HUGE check box at the box that you can check off once you finnish everything!
 

02;; PRIVELLEDGES
-I know that sometimes we all feel too lazy to do our homework, however
-Its important because school is really crucial to your success in life, getting bad grades can really effect you later on
-I know it sounds cruel, but having a privelledge taken away is a great motivator to do your homework:)
-Sometimes parents will do the reward and punishment system
-Basically if you dont do your homework, you cant go out with friends, if you do they willl extend your curfew or something like that:)
-Maybe ask your parents if they would be willing to do something like that!
-Remember that cheating is NEVER the answer, these days everything is so high tech that they have even more ways of finding the cheaters, so dont cheat!
 

03;; GETTING HOME
-Stick to a schedule, when you get home have a quick snack
-Try for something not only good for your body, but your brain too
-Maybe have some fruit, or a granola bar
-Avoid the candy and cookies, save those for dessert!
-After a quick snack, get into homework mode!
-When I get home from school I eat a snack, put on some sweat pants, and put my hair into a ponytail
-See what helps you get into your bestttt work mode:)
-Find a comfy and preferrably quiet place to start your homework
-Go by subject, skipping around is harder since you may forget something important if you do your geometry before you finnish your english
-After you finnish something, check it off!
-Maybe write down your assignments on a big white board so you cant miss one! :)
 

04;; GETTING DISTRACTED
-I know that our lives are all extremely dramatic and we just HAVE to check facebook, but guess what?
-Is it more important to ace a test or see that Robert and Lacy broke up for the sixth time this month?
-I think you know the answer:)
-Turn your computer off right before you fall asleep, to save battery life, and keep you focused on your homework
-Keep your cell phone on silent, or only answer EXTREMELY important calls/texts
-Extremely important as in your parents car broke down, or something like that
-Music is great but can often distract you from getting work done, so choose upbeat songs but turn the volume way downnn so you can still concentrate, believe me your ears and your grades will thank you:)
-When it comes to siblings, just let them know that you are doing homework and you mean buisness
-Close your door and ignore them if they attempt to bug you
-Reward yourself when you are done with homework, with a little tv or facebook:)
 

05;; GETTING IT DONE
-The internet is a great resource but not everything on the internet is accurate
-Try checking out a book from the library or asking a parent or older sibling for help
-Got a test coming up? Study! Dont think that you can ace it without looking back at your notes, sometimes it works other times it doesnt
-After you finnish an assignment check the box:)
-On reading homework reread any sections that you didnt understand and look up the words you dont know
-You never can tell, but that word that you couldnt pronouce might just be on your next vocab test!
-After you finnish ALL your homework feel accomplished and just relaxxxx:)
-Bust that urge to procrastinate so that your grades will be real great! :D
-Hahaha:) dont you love my cheasy cheer?? yes, you know you do:)
 
Remember that by getting your homework done you will be helping yourself in a lot of ways. You will get better sleep, be less stressed, and even get good grades too! :)

Ahhh spirit week:) The one week in the year where you can wear crazy stuff and still look totally normal:) Not sure what to wear on spirit days??? No worries! Here are some awesome ideas for spirit week:)

 
♥01;; SCHOOL COLORS
-Almost every school I have ever gone too has had a school colors day:) Show your spirit by wearing tons of school colors, coordinating with your friends, and cheering on your favorite school sport (such as cheer, basketball, soccer, football, etc.)

Some cute outfit ideas are:
-A school colored tshirt with some exercise shorts, and some knee socks, then put a school colored bandana on your head along with a cute messy bun, dont forget some black eyeliner under your eyes, and maybe your school sweatshirt:)

-You could wear some skinny jeans, a cute tshirt, your school sweatshirt, some comfy shoes, and a cute headband:)

-A pair of shorts, a tank top that you wirte on with puff paint (have your school name on the front, a number and your last name on the back) some cute shoes, and a bandana or headband with a high ponytail (another cute option is a high ponytail with a school color colored ribbon tied around the ponytail)

 
♥02;; PAJAMA DAY
-Pajama day is pretty much the BEST♥ spirit day ever! Take advantage of this day and have an amazinggggg time:) Wear your PJ's, grab a stuffed animal, some slippers, and even a blanket, pillow, or baby bottle:)

Here are some cute pajama day outfits:
-Wear a classic button up pajama top with long pants, bunny slippers, a pacifier or blanket, a cute stuffed animal, and your hair in braids:)

-You could try wearing pajamas or normal clothes with a snuggie on top, some comfy shoes, a cute teddy bear, and your hair all curly:)

-Try wearing a pair or pajama shorts, some cute layered tank tops, some knee socks, a pair of slippers, a teddy bear, your hair in a messy bun, and a blanket:)

-Most schools will have a sports day:) This is a great way to express your favorite sport, and show some spirit for a team you love:) Go crazy for your favorite sport, deck yourself out in team gear and colors:)

-Try a team jersey with a pair of exercise shorts, some exercise shoes, a workout headband, black eyeliner lines under your eyes, and your hair in a high ponytail

-Some schools have this day, other dont. Crazy day is a day where you basically wear some random and crazy outfit:) Have fun and be creative with your outfit choice
 
Here are some outfits you might wear:)
-Dress up like a girl from the 80's:) Wear a tank top with a cut off sweatshirt on top, then wear a pair of colorful exercise shorts, and rainbow knee socks, do your hair in a really messy high ponytail and scrunchy of course:) Try some really chunky jewelry and biggggg hoop earring then wear a pair of cute tennis shoes and your outfit is complete:)
 
-Wear a cute tutu skirt with a couple of layered tanks, wear some funky shoes, a pair of fairy wings, your hair really curly with fake flowers all over your head (dont forget to randomly braid colorful ribbon into your hair:)) then your your make-up crazy and colorful, and have a magic fairy wand to top it all off:)
 
-Go for a superhero look:) Take a plain tshirt and spell out with either puff paint or duct tape the first letter of your name (but make it look the the super man "S") Then wear some skinny jeans, leggings, or shorts, a pair of tennis shoes, buy a black mask from the dollar store, then have a bed sheet, or towel be your super man cape:)

Twin day is tonssss of fun!!! :) Find a bestie to be your twin for the day, coordinate your outfits/make-up the night before so you completely match! :)
 
Try one of these cute outfit ideas:)
-Dress up with your friend as thing 1 and thing 2 from Dr. Seuss:) Take 2 plain white tshirts and on one write with puff paint or sharpies thing 1, and thing 2 on the other one:) Then wear some black shorts, a pair of matching shoes, a red bandana, and maybe a dr.seuss doll :)
 
-Be sporty twins! :) Wear your favorite team jersey, with some exercise shorts, tennis shoes, black eyeliner under your eyes, and a high ponytail with a ribbon around it:)
 
-Try just wearing normal clothes and matching:)

-Some schools call it "dress up as your favorite charecter from a book" but if your school has this spirit day then be creative and come up with a super cool costume:)

-For this day at my school I dressed up as Hermione Granger from Harry Potter:) I wore a white polo shirt, a red and gold tie, a black skirt, a black hogwarts robe, i curled my hair, brought a kitty stuffed toy and used a stick as a wand:)

-Dress up like Bella from Twilight! Wear jeans with a loose fitting tee shirt and loose hoodie. Then wear some black converse, leave your hair really messy, put on red lipstick, dont put on any other make-up, and dont look happy! :) Then you will look awesome lol

 
♥06;;HAT DAY
-Wear a hat that reprents you! :) Weather its your favorite color, style, pattern, or sports team, just wear something that shows who YOU are:)
 
Some cool hats ideas are:
-A baseball cap, it doesnt have to be boring but maybe show your spirit and support for your hometown baseball team. You could also take a plain baseball cap and decorate it your self
 
-Go for something crazyyyy! :) Wear a hat like: A cat in the hat hat, a jester hat, a santa hat, or even some mickey mouse ears:) Just wear something that you think is really cool
 
-Wear something stylishh:) Wear a hat that matches your style and outfit:) Maybe its winter so wear a cute wintery hat to go with some cute boots, a long sleeve shirt, jeans, and a vest. Maybe you could wear a slouchy beret style hat that goes along with what you are wearing:) Just wear something very youuu:)
